Executive Vice President for Selection and Recognition, National inventors Hall ofFame
Rini Paiva is the Executive Vice President for Selection and Recognition, NationalInventors Hall of Fame (NlHF). In this role, she oversees the annual inductee Selectionprocess for the NlHF, working with a wide-ranging group of experts in science.technology, engineering, intellectual property, and history to ultimately recognize theworld's foremost patented inventors for their life-changing and innovative work. inaddition, Paiva facilitates the Collegiate Inventors Competition (ClC), which bringsrecognition to the country's outstanding college students who create the technologiesthat shape the future. Both the NlHF and the ClC are dedicated to recognizing andfostering invention, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Paiva also provides oversight forthe NlHF Museum in Alexandria, Virginia, which features the life-changing inductees ofthe NlHF and demonstrates the power ofintellectual property and innovation. Alsointegral to her work is encouraging NlHF inductees to be involved in the organization'seducation programs,
